To avail of the services provided by us you are required to register with us as a member. While registering, we generally collect the following information:

2. Transaction related information such as when you make a payment or respond to any offers.

4. Information you enter into our system using the website or service, such as asking doubts, participating in discussions and taking tests.

We may also use the information to contact you to provide you with services, important information and notices. We will ask you to provide more information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. We will not differentiate between who is using the device to access your account, so long as the access credentials match with yours.

• Change of policy: As a company evolves, to cover new situations privacy policy will need to evolve. You are advised to review this policy regularly for any changes. Continued use will be considered as an approval for all the changes.

• Intellectual Property Rights: All the content means all the information and data which may include but not be limited to texts, software, scripts, graphics, maps, photos, sounds, music, videos, logos, offers, advertisements, interactive features, and other materials on the website, application, product or services are owned by Blooprint Academy. You acknowledge and agree that the site, application, and collective content are the exclusive property of Blooprint Academy and you will not alter, remove, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary information accompanying the website, services, course material, or collective content.

You agree not to record video or audio and course material and share the same on any platform/website or with candidates who are not part of the course. If in case of violate this rule, you will be suspended from the course with no refund and the company may take legal action against you.

• Payment Terms and Refund Policy: The course fee payable will be informed to students before registration. A detailed receipt will be sent to you after a successful payment. You agree to pay the fee for the course that you purchase and you authorize us to charge your credit card, debit card, or other means of payment for those fees. When you make a payment you agree to make a valid payment.

• User Conduct Policy: We at Blooprint Academy agree that the exchange of ideas and opinions is essential in learning but we do not encourage or tolerate any hate speech. Hate speech is any content that is made against an individual or a group with the sole purpose of hurting a person emotionally or physically which includes but is not limited to race or ethnic origin, country caste, religion, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation/ gender identity, etc. You agree not to use the website, services, content, or any other application unlawfully owned by the company and you must respect website terms and conditions and follow privacy policy.

• Ranker & Rewards:  After exam results are published, we shall reach out to selected rank holders by email, phone call, or any other means. Selected rank holders are entitled to certain rewards subject to certain parameters set by the company. The selection process, number of participants shortlisted for rewards, and the form of rewards will be determined by Blooprint ECommerce Consulting and the decision shall be final and binding. Participants are requested to be updated regarding the terms and conditions of the program periodically to ensure that they do not miss out on any changes.  

• Rescheduling Policy: Candidates would have the full privilege to reschedule and attend the course in the future. If the candidate decides to reschedule the course, paid fees will be automatically applied to his/ her future classes.

• Community Guideline and Terms: The platform is an online community platform solely for educational purposes and it enables you to interact with other users on the platform, in relation to this you agree and understand that 

1. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on the platform.
2. We do not endorse any particular user, or their content published on the platform.

• Access to Platform: We will do our best to ensure that the platform availability is uninterrupted and our users have error-free transmission. However, in some conditions due to the nature of internet connectivity, this cannot be guaranteed. Access to the website may be suspended occasionally due to repair, maintenance, or introducing new facilities or services at any time.

• Minor Policy: Every minor should be treated with empathy, and respect irrespective of his/her race, colour, gender, sexuality, language, religion, religious belief, heritage, political/other opinion, national/ ethnic/ social origin, or property/ disability/ birth/ other status; listen to them and respect their opinion. Do not harm or abuse any minor in any manner including but not limited to emotional or physical circumstances. If the company notices any misconduct or inappropriate behaviour towards any minor then the company has the right to take necessary action including legal action. 

• Live classroom Policy: You will not disclose to any third party any confidential information that is disclosed to you during your term of use of services. Here confidential information shall include but is not limited to employee details, user lists, business models, processes, ideas, concepts, and course materials related to Blooprint Academy services or platforms which are not available in the public domain. You agree that all the confidential information provided to you is the all-time property of Blooprint Academy and in any circumstances, breach of the same will not be tolerated. You agree that you are solely responsible for the content sent, transmitted, displayed, or uploaded by you during the use of services. Under no circumstances Blooprint Academy is liable for any content that is transmitted or viewed while using the services, errors or omissions in the content, or loss or damage of any kind incurred by using the services. Blooprint Academy holds full rights to the content and may delete any content without prior notice to you if the company becomes aware that it violates any provision of these service terms or any law.
