Refund Policy

  1. Our refund policy for all of our courses spans 7 days starting from the date of your purchase. You are eligible to request a refund if you dislike the course at any time within this 7-day window by contacting us at support@blooprinacademy.in. Upon approval, your refund will be initiated, and the funds will be reimbursed to your original payment method within 3-5 business working days.
  2. For each course, to qualify for full fee reimbursement, students must complete the course and top the batch. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days of the final results being published.
  3. Our placement service guarantees securing a placement in an e-commerce company within 6 months of completion of the course. Failure to do so entitles the participant to receive a 50% refund. Participants must provide accurate information and actively participate in the placement process. This guarantee excludes voluntary withdrawal, false information, or non-cooperation. Attendance must reach a minimum of 90% for participation in the course to qualify for the placements and certificate of completion.
  4. Blooprint Academy shall not be held liable for any refund if a placement occurs in a location or with the package that is not preferable to students. Students retain the right to decide whether to accept or decline a job offer; however, declining the offer will make them ineligible for a refund.
